Meet Candidate/Delegate Norm Conway

6 comments:

  1. Whether you are a Dem or Rep, we need to keep Norm in Annapolis. Without him, the Eastern Shore has little clout. It would take years before we were able to get someone else so well positioned.

I hope the average person is smart enough to realize the value of having him in his powerful position= regardless of party.

  2. 7:58 PM - I totally agree. Like his politics or not, Norm is for the Shore. He has the clout to get things done for the Eastern Shore. Look folks, the $$ are gonna be spent in Annapolis so we might as well get our share!

  3. Yep I agree, besides with businesses closing how many restaurants would close from him not being around.

Just another career politician and what Gary Comegies aspires to be, his idle is Norm Conway.

List what he has really done for you , LIST IT?

  5. Norm is chair of the Appropriations Committee. If we lose him in Annapolis, the shore will NEVER get it back.
Do you have any idea how important that is to keep? Get over your partisan politics!!
A vote against Norm is a vote against anyone who truly care about the shore.

  6. To all the people commenting in support of Norm Conway... PLEASE check his actual voting record over the years... its public record.

Yes, he is the Appropriations Chair... so he has a share of the blame for Maryland's budget problems.

His votes on social issues are liberal and his votes in support of business started out just okay in the early years, but his voting trend in recent years is not good.

His actual voting record does not represent conservative Eastern Shore Values no matter whether you are democrat, republican or other.
