  3. IF it were for a Chief it would have to be Fire Chief. They already have Ivan Barkley and just renewed his intrum agreement.

  4. Well I hope they replace Rick Hoppes even if it is with another Acting Fire Chief. The moral at the Salisbury Fire Department is at an all time low under the "leadership" of Rick Hoppes. He is never at the fire department working. He comes and goes as he pleases. When he is there he is always meeting with Dru Bragg or Bill Gordy behind closed doors. They are always scheming on ways to punish or retaliate against someone. They work hard to find someone to fire. Does anyone know how many people have been fired, suspended or quit under the so called leadership of Hoppes? Dru Bragg was seen riding all around town yesterday smoking cigarettes in the city vehicle. Dru Bragg always comes and goes as he pleases. He does nothing but smoke cigarettes all day long at the fire hydrant behind Station 16. The biggest abusers of the smoking breaks are Dru Bragg, Bunky Adams and Greg Hoppes. They can be found behind Station 16 all day long smoking cigarettes instead of working. I think I heard a promise that "Help was on the way?"
