Wicomico County States Attorney Race Is About To Get VERY Interesting

As we all know, Davis Ruark and Sam Vincent are going to face each other in this upcoming election.

HOWEVER, Salisbury News has come to learn of TWO more candidates expected to jump into the race. One Republican and one Democrat.

This is not only going to get very interesting, it's going to become a battle.

  1. This is great news. We need to have more and better choices at all elected positions.

Wish we'd have more interest in County Exec and Council seats.

  8. Great news, hopefully more will jump in the race in Somerset. The two running here are about the same caliber as those of Wicomico and leave a lot to be desired.

  12. The only hope for keeping Ruark and Vincent together as a team is to re-elect Ruark. He has the best judgment regarding what is necessary to do the job, regardless of politics.

  14. I feel sorry for the employees of that office. they are being manipulated like pawns in a chess game with this mess forcing the staff to choose allegiences. I have a close friend that works there and she says everyone is tense and dejected and many are looking to work somewhere else.

  16. i've been told by an employee in the states attorney office also, it's a nightmare. everyone is afraid of being laid off oor to even do what they think is right, for fear ruark will fire them.
moral is terrible and alot of interoffice disagreement.
    ruark has to go.
