  1. As long as there are no photos of the actual victim, then there is no problem. If you get in an accident on public property, prepare to be shot!

    photographing accidents is a great way to show the dangers of the road that so many people carelessly forget on a daily basis. Not to mention, they could save someone a court case (as in accident scene investigation).

    Again, NO PHOTOS OF VICTIMS SHOULD EVER BE POSTED. But cars are not victims, merely instruments to help people carry out their lives.

    ...And guess what!? Accidents are a part of life.
