State Troopers Investigating Two Kidnapping And Sexual Assault Incidents

Location: Rt 4 and 7 area north of Christiana, New Castle County, DE
Date of Occurrence: Wednesday, June 2, 2010 and Saturday, June 5, 2010
Suspect:

White male about 5’ 6 to 5’ 8, approximately 160 lbs, average build, late 30’s to early 40’s, brown hair collar length, and a brown mustache

Resume:

The State Police are investigating two abductions by gunpoint that occurred within the past week in the mid-morning daylight hours.

The suspect forced his way into the vehicles and forced the females to drive to undisclosed locations. The suspect is believed to be the same suspect in both incidents because of the suspect description and similarity of each incident. Both incidents occurred while the females were sitting in their vehicle in a parking lot in the areas of Rt. 7 & Rt. 4 in the Churchman’s Road.

After having the females drive the suspect around for an undisclosed amount of time, the suspect assaulted the females and then returned them to the area where they were abducted. The suspect is described as a white male about 5’ 6 to 5’ 8, approximately 160 lbs, average build, late 30’s to early 40’s, brown hair collar length, and a brown mustache.

The public is also asked to be diligent while driving, walking and or sitting in their vehicle. They are asked to report anything vehicles or persons that are suspicious.
