SUSPECT: Johnathon Douglas Mcgrain W/M Littlestown, PA

BRIEF RESUME: On 06/06/2010, at 0946 hours, Troopers from the Salisbury Barrack were working a stationary radar assignment in the area of eastbound Rt. 50 and Woodyard Rd, Willards, MD 21874. A Trooper conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling above the posted speed limit. Due to criminal indicators, a Drug K-9 performed an open aired scan of the vehicle with the positive presents of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. A search of the vehicle revealed suspected Marijuana in a duffle bag located on the rear passenger seat. Mcgrain was taken into custody without incident and was released to the Wicomico County Detention Center to see the Commissioner.
