Philadelphia No Longer A Total Buzz Kill For Marijuana Consumers


The city that brought the world the "blunt" has decided to chill out on folks who toke. As of yesterday, possession of 30 grams or less of marijuana has been downgraded to a relatively minor offense.

  1. They should just leagalize it. Its less harmful than alcohol. I mean they prescribe it for medical reasons anyway. They could tax it like cigs and make a lot of revenue.

  2. dont think they could tax it. its too easy to grow on its own. too expensive to go after minor growers that grow enough just for themselves.

  3. I don't believe it should be sold in stores, as I don't believe that our spendfast gov't needs more revenue to waste. I do though, believe in de-criminalizing it for those 18 and older(with some mindful stips, like you can't smoke and operate a motor vehicle, etc).

    Do you know if our elected officals have to drug test? I wonder how many would pass a drug test?

    Hell I'd like to see them Manditory drug test all public elected and all "upper managment" including, judges, lawyers, cops, department heads...without pryor knowledge ......I bed you open up some eyes .....

  6. If americans did not have such a drug problem ,then there would be no drug problem.
    Stop buying it you good ole citizens of U.S. A.
    In other words if we did not have such a desire to use drugs then there would be no need to bring them across the mexican border.
