Thanks Joe for bringing up the $60,000 cut to Rick's office. I also heard today the council denied his request to increase the household transfer sticker. We, the people, can not afford any more taxes put on us. Thanks to a few members on the council who are conservative. By the way, your bike is nice..wish I could afford to buy it. And, I am so glad I don't live in the city.
I agree about everything you said about Wilbur needing to be fired. If that man had done anything like that to any one of us on a personal job we would of fired him by now. Jimbo, FIRE HIM. While you have the fire in you, get rid of Hoppes and hire a REAL Fire Chief!
Joe, Do you know what went on in Mardela that had Northwestern Elementary on lockdown. We received an automated call this evening from the Principal...no detail, just described as an incident in a school zone. It irritates me that parents were not told of ANYTHING until after 4:30pm when all the children have gone home for the day. If our children had been in harms way, I'm sure many parents would have wanted to know. Michelle
If there was an incident in the neighborhood where Northwestern was on Code Orange, why wasn't MMHS? They are back-to-back to each other. If MMHS was on lockdown why wasn't a parentlink call made from Batts - she calls about every other darn thing.
What would be the first step to get an investigation on all involved with the WWTP fiasco? Whats the the first legal step?

Pink Slip for the PIO, that job was never needed and hope it is history.
