AFP Meeting Wednesday The 23rd At 7pm: Brew River

JOBS, JOBS, JOBS!

This is an important reminder: Wednesday, June 23rd Wicomico AFP hosts our monthly meeting regarding jobs and our future economy right here on the Eastern Shore. Please get involved to help our region.

We will also be conducting our own job interview for our county executive position. Please make sure you can come out and participate.

We know it's tempting with the hot summer season to be less involved, but in a VERY short time, November Is coming.

Remember we all get involved as volunteer citizens, for the simple fact that we care about our country. We know you do too. Please join us tomorrow and help us make a difference in Maryland.

AFP June Meeting ReminderWednesday 6/23 7pm at Brew River

All Jobs are local, and all Politics are local,

Until politics destroys local jobs!

The poultry industry employees almost 15,000 here on the Eastern Shore and buys over a billion dollars of our goods and services. Bill Satterfired, the Chief Executive of the Delmarva Poultry Industry will speak to AFP Wicomico on June 23 at 7PM at Brew River. We have asked him to speak about the job challenges facing the industry.

The problem stems from some of our own elected Maryland officials, as well as unnamed, self-important bureaucrats, stuffed away in the miles of corridors of bureaucracy drawing salaries 40% or larger than ours.

We are also conducting a job interview for Joe Ollinger, GOP hopeful for Wicomico County Executive. Please check him out here and come prepared to ask him the questions relevant to your concerns for Wicomico county and our budget issues.

Be there and bring two friends: Wednesday, June 23rd, 7PM, Brew River in Salisbury. Directions can be found here.

  1. Why dont you start with the parking garage and the dorm buildings in Salisbury.

  2. Will that fool Julie and her hubby be speaking? Can't hold one of these meetings without her since she's got to be in every pix. People don't forget your cameras!
