"But my constituents are also asking – will they see oil on the beaches of Ocean City? Will the spill impact the Chesapeake Bay – which is already under great stress? Retailers are currently making the largest profits per gallon since Katrina.
ReplyDeleteBad things happening are good for the gasoline business
hoand why do you think retailers are making such large profits?
ReplyDeletethere are 42 gallons in a barrel of oil, from which you get @ 19-20 callons of gasoline, can be more or less depeding on the crude.
so a $5 decrease in oil prices, if given directly to the gas only is only 25 cent drop in gas, divide it over all 42 gallons and that less the 12 cents per gallon
Bull crap stuff this propaganda look around people are still losing jobs and their homes !!!
ReplyDeleteGas just spiked today, so the so-called price drop didn't last long.
