INCIDENT: Possession of CDS
DATE: Tuesday, May, 18, 2010
TIME: 1200 hours
LOCATION: 217 Popular Street, Fruitland, Md.

ACCUSED: BRIAN WESTLEY HORSEY B/M Age 20
214 Popular Street, Fruitland, Maryland

CHARGE: Possession of CDS not marijuana

DISPOSITION: Remanded to custody of WCDC central booking

RESUME: On Tuesday, May, 18, 2010 officers of the Fruitland Police Department observed the above named accused walking in the parking lot of 217 Popular Street, Fruitland, Maryland and recognized him as a person for whom an open warrant existed charging Possession of Marijuana and Possession with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of School Property. Officers approached the accused, placed him under arrest and during the search incidental to arrest, discovered him to be in possession of CDS.
