Trooper’s Arrest Suspect For DUI And CDS Violations

DATE & TIME: 4/1/2010 at 0142 hours

LOCATION: Route 13 at Arlington Street, Salisbury, MD 21801

BRIEF RESUME:

On the above date and time, a trooper stopped a 2004 Mazda for a headlight violation. During the course of the traffic stop the trooper learned the driver had been drinking and was put through field tests. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. The trooper noticed a silver foil smoking pipe located in plain view inside the vehicle containing marijuana. He was then transported to WCDC to go before a court commissioner.

Arrested:
1. Anthony Raymond Stahl, w/m age 21 of Salisbury, Maryland

The suspect was charged with: Possession of C.D.S. paraphernalia and driving under the influence of alcohol.
