Resume: The Trooper injured in yesterday’s afternoon crash is identified as Senior Cpl. Charles Dalton of Troop 2 patrol. He remains in good condition at Christiana Hospital.
The operator of the ’99 Chrysler Concorde is identified as Donald A. Lloyd, 18, of Middletown, Delaware.
This crash remains under investigation.
