ReplyDeletecrop, crop, crop. Also, think about stepping down to the lowest F-Stop you can. if your lens can do a 2.8 or lower, go for it. the background is so distracting that the subject is lost. you have a long way to go. maybe sometime you will finally get it. you should search amazon for exposure books (Bryan Peterson is a good author).
