Sex Offenders Bill Appear Headed for Passage

Despite multiple attempts by Del. Joe Vallario (D) and Sen. Brian Frosh (D) to kill meaningful legislation to clamp down on child sex offenders, it appears that legislation will pass tonight.  After intense, personal lobbying by Jennifer Foxwell and Tracy Powell, SB 622 has passed.  The other bill has been melded into one of the governor’s bills, SB 854 and appears slated for passage tonight.

Vallario and Frosh are sick twisted pigs, can you keep an eye on who is running against them so we can contribute to their oppostion?

  2. Praise to all that took time out from their busy day to go and lobby to get the job done. I just saw on TV that California is passing stricter legislation as well.
