HEBRON REQUIRED BY A JUDGE'S DECISION TO RE-DO ITS PUBLIC HEARING ON WALLER LANDING

HEBRON REQUIRED BY A JUDGE'S DECISION TO RE-DO ITS PUBLIC HEARING ON WALLER LANDING--- SET FOR APRIL 26, 2010 AT 7:00 P.M.

As a result of citizens and the environmental groups' prevailing against Hebron in its approval of the mega-project, Waller Landing, Hebron will hold a re-do public hearing on April 26, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. at the Westside Intermediate School in Hebron.

All citizens who care about taking over 400 acres of pristine farmland for rezoning to a mega-development, please SHOW UP AND SPEAK IN OPPOSITION.

It does no good to object AFTER the plan has been approved!!

  2. They will have to re-do the whole project regardless to conform to the new storm water management regulations and critical areas requirements.

  6. It's too bad that PAC14 does not show the Hebron bozos in action like they do in Salisbury.

  7. its hebrons land. they can do with it what they like. a handful of hebron people dont like it, more are ok with it, and the others dont really care. if a farmer wants to sell his land, he can. the developer bought it, he can do with it as he wishes as well.
