The commonweath is not messing around when it comes to forcing people to wear their seatbelts.

ReplyDeletefunny thing about virginia, I sat in the alexandria virginia courtroom two years ago to dispute a ticket, and watched in disbelief as people who were obviously in the country illegally with no license, charged with everything from dui to leaving the scene of an accident to you name it! the liberal woman judge let them all go with token fines of $25.00 at most. Then I proceeded to watched as anyone who was a us citizen with a license was hammered for the smallest infraction! I was appaled to say the least. Upin asking one of the attorney's about this he said that's just the way it is! by the way I paid the fine!
