ACCUSED: Charles Alfred Taylor, Kipling Ave., Salisbury, MD, 56 YOA

BRIEF RESUME: On the above date and time, a trooper from the Salisbury Barrack was investigating a suspicious vehicle parked on the side of the road on Boundary Street. Further investigation revealed the driver was intoxicated and was placed under arrest for DUI. During the course of the investigation the trooper learned the driver was in possession of two small bags of marijuana. Kipling was transported to Wicomico County Detention Center where he is awaiting disposition before a district commissioner.
