A different way to display time on the green time line.. This is a really interesting clock! It comes from a Dutch web site. Here is what you will see when you look at this clock.
Don't do anything. It's automatically adjusted to your time zone. Just look at it and study it. It gives you the EXACT TIME of the DAY in seconds, minutes, hours, the day, month and year.
Just read the green line. Everything's there. Study it for a few seconds and it will all come clear to you.
Remember these definitions:
1st Line is Seconds
2nd Line is Minutes
3rd line is Hours..
4th Line is Days
5th Line is Months
6th Line is Years
This is the COOLEST clock
It would be easer to read if it was laid out in following order:
ReplyDelete1st line hours
2nd line minutes
3rd line seconds
4th line day of week
5th line months
6th line days
7th line years
I do however understand why it is laid out in the order of smallest to largest unit of time.
The time displayed is wrong. It is almost a minute fast.

ReplyDeleteIf that's the case, then your computer clock is off. That's where it gets its time. As a test, try setting your computer clock fast or slow by 30 minutes and click the link again. You will see its display will them be off by 30 minutes.
The web page is not a clock, only a method to display *your* computer's clock.
Did you notice that at the bottom the year after 2010 is 2004?
ReplyDeleteHe fixed it with a new version (which also has more pleasant background color) here:
