    10:02 thanks, we knew what it was supposed to say, hence the reason the "ew" is so funny. bob evans is pretty much ew all the time for the past couple of years now.

    Yes, it is meant to say NEW BISCUIT BOWL. I live right next to this place and the sign has been like this for almost 3 weeks now!!! I guess they're so busy that they don't have time to make it right??? I highly doubt it....
