This is so so sad. people locally complain and complain and yet not one had anything to say in response to this. For all of our situations locally this type of tragedy has not touched us. We should all be thankful that regardless of how bad this was locally we did not have to see these headlines in the Daily Disappointment.
Too bad he spoke Spanish. Learn English. I refuse to serve any clients who do not speak fluent English. This is my choice. Foreigners, go home. You are not welcome here.To see your cats and dogs die due to my lack of best care does not phase me at all because these animals only understand commands in Spanish also. Wake up America.
You are right nothing like that happened here and that is because our Paramedics and EMTs fought the nasty snow covered roads, followed plows down really bad roads, waded through hip deep snow and slid people out of their homes on backboards if needed. They were on mandatory 18 hours shifts and all stayed at the firehouses to make sure there was round the clock coverage no matter how many calls came in...I can not speak for MD, but I know the DE EMS teams took these storms very seriously and got to people no matter what it took.. We never get weather like this, but the EMS teams were able to treat everyone that called. PA has snow yearly and they never thought to send plows out with the Paramedics or make some sort of arrangements prior to the storm. Nothing like this should ever have happened and I for one am very Thankful for our Paramedics, EMTs, Firefighters, Plow drivers and all members of the EMS teams. Thank you for all you do!!
