Delaware Doctor Indicted In Child Sex Abuse Scandal

Physician is accused of molesting his patients, recording crimes on video

DOVER, Del.
- A Delaware grand jury returned a sweeping indictment Monday against a pediatrician accused of serial molestation in what could be one of the worst child sex abuse cases in the nation's history.

The 160-page indictment returned by a Sussex County grand jury charges Dr. Earl Bradley of Lewes with 471 counts of sexual crimes against 103 children.

Attorney General Beau Biden said all of the alleged victims, including one boy, were caught on more than 13 hours of video recordings, some dating to 1998, that were seized from Bradley's office and home.

  1. People like him do not deserve a "fair" trial. He should be taken to the public square for a public lynching. He isn't only a disgrace to doctors he is a disgrace to mankind. I hope he suffers greatly every single minute of his life.
To the parents of his victims, which are ALL of his patients, please support your children and encourage them to talk now and later it will help them find some peace within themselves.

  4. I think he deserves the death penalty. If we really want to protect children from these monsters, we're going to have to send a clear message that we as a civilized society will not tolerate this kind of crime period. There is no question that he committed the crimes because they're on videotape. He's a monster; cannot be rehabilitated and has destroyed so many lives.

  6. It's time to release him to the rest of the jail. With as many people who have been struck by this nightmare, there has to be family members inside. Let THEM discuss his little problem. Open and shut case!

  7. The outrage expressed by these several comments might have more punch if we weren't aware that many Americans ... a majority? ... have given their doctor permission to genitally mutilate their children .. and paid them for the the privilege.

One word to the guilty: Hypocrites!
