County Truck Stuck On Zion Church Road

  1. Hi Joe,

Looks like as far as the snow goes we might get off luckier than was predicted for our area.
We just got electric back. It went off at 4:15AM this morning(Sat.) & came back on at 12:15PM. It was getting a little chilly.
I just got a call that there was a fire in Delmar, DE last night. The person who called said they believe the house belongs to Howard, who is the blogger of "Delmar Dustpan". Is there anyway you can check this out & let us know? I believe it is in the area behind Short Funeral Home.

    Thanks!!

  3. Big Storm...My question is where is WBOC. They have paid programming on during what will undoubtably become one of the biggest storms of all time. How bout a little live coverage. Unbelievable.

  4. There was some type of fire in Delmar last night. I heard the scanner go off all night long. Couldn't sleep at all last night.
The fire companies were slammed with calls all night long.

  5. I think that is Agnews driveway. Looks like county truck was going to plow driveway for Agnew...Doesn't he drive a truck for the a landfill? Uhmmmm?

  6. I've been thinking the same thing, Anon 12:52pm.

  7. Truck looks like a county landfill truck stuck in Agnews driveway. I heard they had to call out a huge wrecker to pull the truck out. County taxpayers paying that bill for Agnew ?

  9. OK. Here's proof! Now who is going to have the courage to suspend him for this action.

  10. Why is he doing private driveways when we cant even get 1 swipe down most neighborhood roads???????

Electrics been off since 3:30am for most of pine way neighborhoods, lots of cold people round here, looks like they wont even try to turn it back on till after the storm.....sad.

  12. The question is where was it heading, and to do what?

  13. It's obvious to me that the truck was turning into the lane and missed the crossing. Now for what, I can't say.

  14. I can't help but state the obvious...It is a county vehicle turning in to plow a county employees driveway when I am sure that was not what the County intended for him to be doing. So tell me why are there so many back roads that the plows never get to?

  15. i know the road very well and there isnt any drive ways on that road that go into the woods

  16. John Agnew's driveway does. You don't know the road like you think you do. You need to ride by there when this snow is gone.

  17. This isn't really any different than someone stealing crushed concrete for their driveway, stealing fuel for their pickup truck and using county equipment for their personal use. All is stealing and should be handled that way. So now, who has the courage to do so?

  18. I live the road there are a few driveways that go back into the woods. In fact I can think of at least three of them.

  19. Agnew lives off of Zion road, not Zion Church, idiots. It's clear to me, this ain't his drive. His has no woods upon entry. Find another tree to bark up.
