Please discontinue any further lookout for Elwood Morris, Sr. He has been located in Dover Delaware and is currently at the Dover Police Department awaiting arrival for family members to pick him up.

    Wow he really made it a long way. I wonder how he got all the way to Dover and how far was he planning to go. Glad they found him and I'm glad hes ok.
