Wicomico County’s many Homeowners Associations

are beset with issues:

o Foreclosure of properties

o Inability to collect HOA dues/assessments

o Issues or negotiations with developer

o ByLaws issues, incorporation, exempt status

o Other issues of concern to your HOA



All member HOAs and neighborhood association members of the

Neighborhood Congress (and prospective members) are invited to

attend, and to bring your issues for round-table discussion

Presentation will be led by Philip Robinson, Executive Director of Civil Justice, Inc., an attorney experienced in addressing issues

of housing, foreclosure, predatory lending, etc.

  2. Yes, this is true. But, I want to add something. Foreclosure of property is not a small problem. What if your house will be foreclosed? You don't have the place to live. You should minimize having debts.You can also ask the foreclosure attorney who is nearest to you. Seek his advise.
