911 Calls Lead To Impaired Driver’s Arrest

Dailey was incarcerated after failing to post $5300.00 secured bond.

Resume:
On January 13, 2010 Delaware State Police and Laurel Police Department combed the area of Laurel for a vehicle reported to be driving recklessly. State Police was receiving multiple 911 cars regarding a driver operating his vehicle recklessly and forcing others off the roadway. The vehicle was reported traveling S/B on Sussex Highway N/O the limits of Laurel. The vehicle was eventually stopped on S. Central Ave. Laurel, Delaware by Laurel Police Department. State Police responded to this area and continued the investigation.

The operator Jason D. Dailey-21 of Laurel was given a series of field sobriety test and it was determined he was under the influence of prescription medication. Dailey was subsequently arrested for Driving under the Influence of Drugs and other related criminal offenses. Dailey was also arrested for possession of prescription medication not believed to be prescribed to him.

Dailey was later remanded to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $5300.00 secured bond.

    They've been going down but the thing is with the pills is as soon as one goes down, another one pops up.

    But he was a pill dealer throughout Salisbury. I would think drugbust got him, but nope idiot decided to drive all nodded out.
