On December 1, 2009 at approximately 1:33 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the area of Delaware Avenue for the report of an assault with a knife. Upon arrival the officers met with an adult male victim and an adult female victim who had been assaulted by a suspect known to them. Both victims advised that upon return to their residence they were approached by the below listed suspect, who is their co-worker. The suspect produced a knife and threatened the male victim as the result of a domestic situation involving the female victim. The suspect then grabbed the female victim and attempted to pull her into his vehicle. The female victim was able to break free from the suspect and flee the area while the male victim contacted the police. The suspect also fled from the area in his vehicle. The officers located the suspect, who was positively identified by both victims and taken into custody.

Joe, these are repete offenders. Sounds like the cops are doing their jobs but the judges are not. These judges should be held accountable for these people.
