  4. NO they will be talking about the trial in b-more with the WWTP... Either way you cut it, they engineered it wrong, it doesn't work... Their liable end of story... And that's what happens when you don't do your research right and bring a mountain gravity design to the foot hills of small to no hills and think it will work...

  6. WWTP is just another example of how their current process isn't working. That this HUGE of an error in design, bad workmanship or whatever it is that makes it a re-do is not just an embarassment, it's a crying shame. This comes at a time when there just isn't any extra money in taxpayers pockets to fund the expense of getting it right. It seems as though there ought to be some serious accountability for this. We made a much bigger deal out of the stolen tires at the dump, for goodness sake. Get to the bottom of HOW and WHY we got here...from the Mayor to whoever was charged with oversight of the rest of it...back to the company that didn't give us what we paid for in the first place. There was a lady who just got arrested for stealing money from a high school club or fund...this is MILLIONS of dollars we're talking about. Heads need to roll.

  12. We will be paying for Barrie Tilghman for years, just like Gordy. I agree, Paul Wilber leaves alot to be desired. He does fit right in with the rest of the people in the City politics though. CLUELESS
