  9. Yeah, She was the mother of Frank...but she also had other children and I am one of them, so if you wanna give some info how come you can't give it all? Im sure the police wanna thank you all for the info you have tried to provide but the women in this photo are GOD fearing, law abiding, tax paying citizens and its unfortunate that we have such a large FAMILY that a portrait like this could have fallen in the wrong hands and end up posted like this. When this investigation is completed I personally would appreciate it if this picture was removed because it opens up some unresolved issues in my family!!!I pray that this is understood and respected...And may GOD Bless You ALL!

    Thanks
    Allana

  12. All they had to do was walk in the neighborhood and ask! Every one knows these lawbiding Church folks....and its so sad ,that this picture could end up on here, or the daily times..... & To the daughter, I don't blame you for being pissed... But Don't worry Gods got your back! Now that they have been identified, you would think they would have taken the pic down!

  13. Thank You Allana!
This is not an original picture that the police have, it was a photo copy, that one of my cousins had done for a tattoo. The tattoo artist was robbed last week and this photo copy was in his things that were stolen. I am also the daughter of one of the ladies in the photo. Our family would like for this picture to be taken down TODAY Sunday, November 15, 2009!! Otherwise our other family members with Law Degrees will seek further action!

    Thank You,

    DaNelle Appleby

  14. Maybe you should leave the legal threats to those with law degrees. What is the legal issue? What are your damages?

  15. The legal issue is that they have interrupted our livelyhoods, and day to day existence. Since the ladies in the photo were not and never have been, why was their privacy being open up to the public. They had no authorization to publish this picture. Since one of the ladies in the photo has been dead for more than 9 years, they had to of known that the copy of the photo was not recent, If the photo was not found in the possession of a suspect, or on the victims person, how could it have possibly been assumed that there was a connection to the incident. If someone had posted your picture out of the blue, you would have taken offense as well.
