Do You Think 9/11 Terrorists Should Be Tried In NYC?

  1. Military trial and execution should have occurred long ago.

  2. yes. a public trial on the site of the world trade.

  3. Since the crime was committed in New York, yes. Can they get an objective jury, probably not. But they probably could not get an objective jury anywhere in the US. Then again, they should have thought about the consequences when they committed such heinous acts.

  4. It is a waste of taxpayers money to put these scum buckets on trial. We shouldn't have been paying to feed, house, and provide medical care for them for the past 8 years. Only thing Americans should have been forced to provide was the rocks to stone the bastards to death.

    ReplyDelete
  5. They should be tried in a war tribunal as war criminals not in NYC. Bring them back to NYC will make them martyrs.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Yes, if it includes a public hanging at groud zero!

    ReplyDelete
  7. I don't think it's a good idea to have it in NYC, after all this is what the terrorists want, more notice and propaganda. We have a brand new prison that our tax money has built out in Colorado I think,it is now empty, put them all there and let them rot.

  8. Firing squad years ago.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Absolutely not, they aren't citizens.. Now that they will be tried in Federal court, will our taxes be used to pay for their defense? I thought I read that somewhere??

    ReplyDelete
  10. Don't forget to show them the pig skins that they will be buried with!

    ReplyDelete
  11. This administration is using this as a show trial, to put the cia, former President Bush and also Cheney on public trial. This is an absurd decision.

    ReplyDelete
  12. NO. They don't deserve to step on our soil.

    ReplyDelete
  13. They nshould be put into a plane and flown into a terrorist training camp building!

This circus should be called off now! A military tribunal followed by an execution. They are enemies of our nation.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Our media and government have already told us they are guilty.

In America, we only have trials when we are not certain the subject is guilty.

Since our government and media NEVER lie to us, (we the people), a trial is NOT necessary.

Save the money. Spend the money to help recruit more young jobless Americans to go "over there" and kick some ass. Some of those civillians probably knew these people were going to attack us so they ought to die also.

Everything will work out nice and neat. Justice will be served (without a trial), Americans will get jobs, and useless eaters will die.

Then, we will show those people from the stone age how to run a country. Build 'em some schools, build 'em some hospitals, and build 'em some roads.

Finally, they will know how to run a judicial system.

  15. Yes, followed by execution by wood chipper on the Battery.

  16. why would we need a trial when we already know they are guilty?

  17. tracy

The crime [sic] that was committed in New York was not a crime. It was in fact an Act Of War. Therefor the accused should be tried by a military tribunal.

The issue over what the sentence should be, my opinion differs from many other. I happen to believe that the policy of the United States should be, all Islamic jihadist convicted of murder and other war crimes against citizens and interests of the United States shall serve a sentence of life in prison with no possibility of parole.

This sentence would eliminate the possibility of these Islamic jihadist from evey becoming martyrs at the hands of their enemy.

The facility incarcerating these prisoner shall be used exclusive for housing Islamic jihadist.

  18. Obama already said the war on terrorism is over. What a friggin idiot.

    ReplyDelete
  19. It was an act of war and should be treated as such. The military should have control of their destiny . It should be silent and not exposed to the media. This trial should take about 5 minutes.
A very slow hanging would be in order after water-boarding and fingernail removal.

    ReplyDelete
  20. NO. This was an act of war. If we try them in NYC we will be giving them a world forum to sprew their hatred and use that for more recruits. Are they all smoking the funny weed in Washington? It makes no sense. We don't need closure, we need victory against these jihadists.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Sand Box John, I beg your pardon.
This was not an act of war! It was a CRIME!
Us being in Iraq was not a war either. It was an INVASION which became an OCCUPATION. One thought up by our previous administration based on lies.

I'm not for one second saying what these people did was right but let's be honest about naming what they did.

  22. More waste of tax payers money. I will start a fund where we will buy the gas from thier country) or bullets from the USA and shoot the bastards. I suggest a slow and painful death with Fire Ants being put on them as they lay in the hot cement sun. Yes I know this is still to good for them. We are after all the USA.

    ReplyDelete
  23. They should be tried in the state that has the Express Lane to be executed. I also feel they should all be executed at one time. And I also think that the most painful form of execution should be administered.

    ReplyDelete
  24. No, do not exacute them. Make them live. Kill them and they are myrtered(sp)((you knopw I mean))
Keep the alive in total isolation, no direction, no contact at all. White noise, just enough to prevent them from hearing their own prayers.
No, death is there god. Do not tlet them die. Force them to keep living.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I agree with Sand Box John as far as this being an act of war (not a "crime").

However, I disagree with the idea of the U.S. tax payer keeping these people alive for years. Not to mention the attraction of them being used by other would be terrorists as a bargaining chip in a hostage situation.

If the death penalty was good enough for Timothy McVey and John Mohamed, it is certainly good enough for these war criminals.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Send them to Alaska. Let Sarah take care of them.

    ReplyDelete
  27. i think they should all be hung :) no wait, lets shoot them in their limbs and make them beg for their lives then hang them. that sounds perfect. sick humans.

    ReplyDelete
  28. This was an Act of War--they should be tried by the military and when found guilty-killed by a firing squad immediately!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Trial? We dont need no stinkin trial.Force feed them some pork chitlings, after all why waste the good parts of the pig on them, and then let a bunch of shotgun toting rednecks hunt them thru the woods. And I agree it is not a civilian court matter,it should be tried in a military court if they absolutely must give these camel jockeys a fair trial

    ReplyDelete
  30. I think they should be shot trying to escape.

    ReplyDelete
  31. A good defense lawyer will use the water boarding to render the confession inadmissable. This will be a circus.

    ReplyDelete
  32. They are enemy combatants and should be tried in a military court.

Trying them as criminals in our U.S. Courts will afford them the constitutional protections of a U.S. citizen. Much of the evidence against them will be inadmissible due to procedural violations which apply to our criminal justice system. Things like search warrants, miranda rights and the exclusionary rule should not be applied to these POS. Where is the logic here. This gives their defense counsel access to national security information and puts our Country and New York residents at further risk of attack. Ridiculous!!!
So how is that OBama thing working out for you?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Doug Wilkerson,
You say a good lawyer will use the water boarding to render the confession inadmissable. This will be a circus.

You are right. A good American, law-abiding lawyer, will use the water boarding to render the confession inadmissable.

Of course the lawyer will do this! That is the meaning of justice. The lawyer will prove that our government is wicked, corrupt and evil.

    Any questions?

  34. If a person gets arrested and then confesses to a crime while being tortured, then what?

If a person confesses to a crime while being tortured: The CIA did a good job torturing the person?

    What happened to America?

Let's say your neighbor is a cop. He doesn't like you because you have a bigger broom than him. So he makes a false accusation against you, claims you are a terrorist. He and his buddies arrest you. Then, the CIA tortures you. You confess that you stole the broom from Walmart.

So now what? They get to kill you.

Good. If you are honest you should be able to withstand torture?

    WTF?

    Is this insane?

    ReplyDelete
  35. Im not on your side, if it was me as soon as I got the info out of him he would have been gone. No mercy in WAR.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Absolutley not. They need to be tried in military tribunals, away from media frenzy. They would love to be tried in NYC.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Just shoot them & get it over with already. Save some tax dollars. They can't get 12 people who didn't hear of the case. It's a joke.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Obama has made it clear that he has declared the war on terror over and the detainees are no longer to be treated as war criminals. he is coming to the aid of his Muslim brothers once again.

    ReplyDelete
  39. If this was a declared war then they would have to tried by a world court, similar to Nuremburgh (spelling?)
These people committed criminal Americans, terrorism is a legally recognized federal crime, therefore they should be tried in the US Federal Court.

    ReplyDelete
  40. I meant "these people committed criminal acts against Americans"

    ReplyDelete
  41. Are we now guilty unless able to survive torture.

In medieval days they would throw a suspected witch into the river with hands bound etc. If she floated she was innocent. If she drowned, she was guilty.

    America is finished.

    ReplyDelete
  42. The CIA was lambasted for trying to get information out of these terrorists, do you think the administration is going to let them die. I think not. Maybe of old age.
    WE ARE DOOMED!

    ReplyDelete
  43. NO NO NO They should be tried in a closed military court. To give these enemies of our country a chance to get into the media spotlight to spew out their hatred for us is totally wrong.
To air this out in open court the people in New York, people all over America will feel the pain all over again. No one will be resurrected from the ashes and dust, and more people will feel the agony all over again.
How would you feel if they were to hold the trails here; Would you enjoy seeing protestors in the street shouting support for these accused criminals? I’ll bet it happens, and we all will become angry all over again. I for one do not like this idea.

So trained, organized, self-proclaimed Jihadists (Holy WARRIORS), carry out a mission of unparalleled air attacks on OUR soil, and its not War? We carry out an offensive strike against what our intelligence reports found to be the origin of these attacks, and we are invaders and occupiers? UNREAL.
Why should the USA have to walk on pins and needles, trying to be so politically correct with people and countries who are 1000 years behind us? We are the most powerful country on the planet, and I think its time to show all of these bastards who the king of the hill is.
I don't give a SH$t about these animals. They hate me because I am a American. There is nothing your bleeding heart will do to change that. They hate you too, assuming you are an American.

    ReplyDelete
  45. While we all agree these men deserve the harshest punishment we can possibly think of. The prosecution needs to handle this case absolutely 100% by the book to ensure there are no chances of overturns on appeals or technicalities. This is not legally considered an "Act of War" because it was not endorsed or performed by a sovereign government.

By you definition, the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor was a crime.
The methods were different, the results were the same.

    Anonymous 11:18 AM
It is my opinion that a death sentence is to easy of a punishment.
Lock them away somewhere where they will never be heard or seen from again. Isolate them from all contact with the outside world. Let them die of old age not knowing if the won or lost their struggle.
Now that would be fitting punishment.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Hell NO! They should be air lifted to their country of origin & parachuted out of the plane along with the gitmo inmates.
They have the option to wear a chute, or not! Of course instructions would be in "press 1 for English".

    ReplyDelete
  48. If tried in NYC, what if they have a "jury of their peers"?
Do you think 12 muslims would convict?
