There are two or three culverts under the Railroad tracks. Only one is open the other barely flows at all. The water is 15 feet deep on one side 3 on the other. I go by there regularly it has been stopped up all Summer and Fall. The Rail Road company need to fix this or whose ever responsibility it is. This was needless flooding caused by lack of maintenance.
Furthermore has Salisbury never heard of sand bags. Most cities would just sandbag to keep the road open.
Joe didnt you report on the area next to PepBoys the clogged upditch that could be troublesome.
