Kudos to Chip Messick. Make him the Public Works Director and take the " Acting" title away from it.

Is this Wicomico County doing this or is the Railroad doing this?I heard that the railroad was responsible.
Norfolk Southern is one taking care of it. An excavator got stuck few nights ago cleaning these pipes out and we were called to help get it out and thats who paid the bill.. so guessing their taking responsibilityjspear
