Dr. Eric S. Wargotz, a candidate for the U. S. Senate, has elicited the services of two experienced Maryland politicos to help his campaign.

Andrew Langer has joined the Wargotz campaign as a Policy Advisor. Langer is President of the Institute for Liberty, an organization which focuses on the incremental threats to small business and entrepreneurship and helps educate policymakers about issues of special concern to small businesses. Langer has lectured on subjects as diverse as constitutional law, small business, lobbying, and the power of individuals to change public policy. He received a B. A. in International Relations from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, and also holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Troy State University. He writes a column for his local newspapers as well as a column for Townhall.com.

Michael “Moshe” Starkman has joined the Wargotz campaign as Technology Director and Coalitions Director. Starkman is a small business owner in the website and software development sector of technology. A leader in the realms of Social Media, 2.0 web technology and 3.0 innovative technology development, Starkman brings a unique set of technical skills to the campaign. He is past president of the Montgomery County Young Republicans and a nationally recognized youth leader in the areas of youth activism and new media. Additionally, Moshe was a Republican congressional nominee in 2006 and chairman of the 2008 Maryland Young Professionals for McCain committee.

“Ours will be an energetic and competitive campaign,” stated Dr. Wargotz. “Andrew and Moshe bring tremendous skills and experience to the table, and I welcome them to the team.”
