ReplyDeleteJoe, it appears to me that this criminal was charged with assault, robbery, etc. on Oct. 2, 2009 by one officer and ESCAPE on Oct. 3, 2009 by another officer. Does this mean the criminal is on the loose TODAY?? He apparently lives on Decatur Street in Salisbury(imagine that)and has a pretty long rap sheet. This criminal should not be on the street.

ReplyDeletelol yea when will we hear about his esacpe he took yesterday, nearby residence saw him running down the street in a hospital gown with handcuffs and ankle shackles broken... however he was later caught up to by delmar police but come on really...how does this guy get away from the delmar police department, comeon guys
ReplyDeleteFrom what I understand he was only loose for about 2 minutes. Just long enough to catch the escape charge.
ReplyDeleteDid he escape from the Delmar Police Department or not?
ReplyDeleteHe escaped from confinement while at the Delmar PD because they are forced to work from a building that is not suited for police work. They have no real jail cell. The Town of Delmar should have taken some of the money they spent on the bank building that will be used to house 8 workers and build a new Police Department where 15 Police Officers can bring criminals in for questioning and safely detain suspects until they are taken to central booking. The building they're in can't withstand winds over 65 MPH. The Town Government should be ashamed. The Delmar Officers were able to apprehend the guy - this time. How 'bout it Town Government? Are you gonna show the people that you care about their safety, or are you gonna fill that new building with desk jockeys and give the criminals another chance at escape?
ReplyDeleteThis was the same guy that burglarized homes in Deer Harbour, Tony Tank, Spinnaker Dr., and neighborhoods around the Nanticoke and Crooked Oak area around March 2008. What the F**K is he doing out! Do your jobs States Attorney and Wicomico Judges!
ReplyDeleteIts a shame someone was hurt because this scum belongs in prison. Look at his rap sheet on the Case Search! Charged with a dozen burg and pleas to a theft charge. Come on. What a joke!
He shouldnt have been free to terrorize someone with his record
ReplyDeleteGreat Job Delmar P.D.
ReplyDeleteJoe I know the owner of the business and he is a great guy. This guy would not hurt a fly. Apparently he fought off the attack and the suspect was stabbed by his own knife. To bad the piece od sh!t did not bleed out.
This guy has been arrested numerous times and is out to stab and rob a hard working citizen.
I think people need to to arm themselves and start shooting these habitual crimnals.
The business owner can not work and will need surgery to fix the tendons in his hands. The lost income and the fact this guy is an avid outdoorsman and will miss a year of hunting because his hands have to heel. W.T.F. is wrong with these judges.
The guy who picked up the robber when he fled has he been charged yet ??
Let me send a message loud and clear to any drug addicted thug that comes within five feet of me or my family. There will be no trail. You have my word to God on that one. I will put your scalp on my lodge pole. The rest of your cacuss will feed the local buzzards.
What we need is a modern day vigalante to wipe out these craps bags. Pile em up like fire wood.
Thank God Pete survived this vicous attack. I hope the Delaware Judge will do justice in this case.
I know I will be at the trail and if he gets off he will be crab bait.
God Speed Pete and family.
There is no justice in our society today.
