  3. Seriously, how many more crimes are going to occur before we become number 1 for violent crimes. I had known for awhile that Salisbury was in the top 10 for violent crimes per capita but things are getting more and more rediculous. I have been living here since I was 8 years old and I will tell you this place is not for me to many people thinkin they are hard and they come from SALISBURY, MD. Yeah I understand that crime occurs where ever you go but this place is just backwards. I have been the victim of an armed robbery my self which was never even mentioned on the news it occured 1/2/08. Again I was a witness in another crime on 9/5/09 which it took until november before they arrested the guy or even annouced anything about the incident. I also work in a retail store that has been broken into 3 times in 6 months but that has never made the news either.

  7. The only selling point to the entire shore is the beach. Locals here have had the blinders on for years and the network of good-ol boys that runs nearly everything here has done nothing but bring this area down. Jobs are nill, pay scales are low and education levels here are sub-par. Now that crime is finally being recognized(mostly because of this site) anyone stupid enough to move here is just asking to be a victim.

With that said I hope they catch all the criminals around here but its seems as though they outnumber the good responsible ppl here.

  8. It's because of all the come-heres that there is so much crime. When it was JUST the good ole boys like when I grew up, we had jobs, hardly no crime and not all this drama. I tell you, I'm so glad I don't live on the good ole' Eastern Shore any more. The cops need to post the info immediately, get the word out about the crimes that have been committed, and get the bad guys caught. Back in the day, when you did something wrong, SOMEBODY saw you, and SOMEBODY was telling on you!!!

  11. This is the guy who was going around a few weeks ago saying he was on his way home from Annapolis and asking for money to get home to Snow Hill. He was driving a maroon GMC pickup then. The tag number was given here.
