I have a Bulldog, most are registered, and have a microchip. You should take her to the humane society so they can scan her and hopefully be able to find her owner.
He looks so upset and lost. Hope his owner can be found soon. It is a good idea posted by 1:21. I was not aware they would do the scan for people. Plus I salute you for taking him in and posting the situation instead of just ignoring him or calling an official to come get him.
Don't take thim to those crazy people at the Humane Society. They'll charge all kinds of crazy fees. Call a local vet and see if they have the ability to search for the microchipping.
UPDATE: I took HER by the humane society, she does not have a chip. She will be spending the weekend at my house, please call 443-235-0981 if you are the owner. Thanks, Heather
I have an english bull and they require quite a bit of attention in turn they are very faithful loving pets. It should be noted that if someone adopts this dog remember you will be experiencing vet bills and hours of cleaning attention. They do make GREAT pets!!
Bless his heart. I hope his family finds him soon.

ReplyDeleteJoe, you are so nice to post these lost or found animals. Just think----someone wants him if the owners not found----He won't have to go to the pound.

ReplyDeleteA lot of dogs don't like cameras. That's probably what is giving him the scared look.
Sweet thing...thank you, Heather, whoever you are, for taking care of him until his humans are found.
She can come stay on my farm if no one claims her!
