This is an attempt by government to control the time of the day we function. Too much government control. I say take the government away from our time clocks.
Only an idiot would cut an inch from the bottom of a blanket, sew it to the top, and expect the blanket to be longer. Suppose I was an idiot & suppose I was a member of Congress. But I repeat myself.
I just hate getting up in the middle of the night to do it. Why can't we change our clocks in the morning when we get up? What if I sleep through it? If I set my alarm for two, and wake up and set it back to 1, will I have to get up in an hour and do it again?
I think it is a socialist plot!
