There has just been another robbery at a local Gas Station. This time it was at the Shell Gas Station on the corner of Beaglin Park and Snow Hill Road. K-9 Units are on their way.

  4. Here's a thought...maybe if people actually wanted to work some of these robberies wouldn't happen! Just TRY to get a contractor to do some work in this town and you'll see why so many of their employees are scrounging for money...they all whine that there's not work, but there IS - they just don't seem to WANT it. Pitiful.

  5. I went to Holly Ridge Antique store yesterday just down from Milford street and had to knock on the door to enter! Was no need for me to ask way either.

I'm sorry to say but one day there will be an officer down, that's a damn shame if that's what it takes to address crime. I thought help was on the way?

Criminals come here because it's "Easy Pickin's."

  7. I am NOT impressed ONE bit with our mayor. I was in his company recently listening to him talk and he is all
a bunch of talk and do nothing. I can tell he loves to be the center of attention and loves to wear the title "Mayor" .....of what? Loves those Third Fridays!

  10. Jim Liarton was probably in Rehoboth at the Sea Witch festival. He's alot like Chiefy Webster - out of sight, out of mind as far as Salisbury is concerned. They both could care less.

  12. 8:02 AM I have to agree with you. I can't stand to be around him anymore because he fooled me with his grandstanding lies during the election. He talked a good game and was very convincing. I can't stand to be around him when he is not participating in a photo op. He is a nervous wreck and smokes cigarettes like a nervous office girl during a smoking break. What a PANSY! Help is on the Way my @ss.

  16. I actually walked in as this was happening, had no clue the guy had already flashed the gun and was robbing him, after he walked out i was next in line and the clerk stood on a chair to watch him, then he looked at me and said "I just got robbed"

  17. I live very close to that intersection & go by it daily. This is very scary. Only about 1/4 mile before you're outside city limits. Something has got to be done by the city and county police and the court system. Get these slimeballs and lock them up till they're old enough to know better (40 or 50 yrs. might do).

  18. Anon 6:31 that problem is an eastern shore trademark. Ppl around here dont like to work, look at their yards and houses. Broken down cars, overgrown grass and trash everywhere. I see the same blatant laziness at my workplace. Funniest part of your post is that you arent the first person I've heard say that. Good luck getting anything done (right) around here.

Another robbery, woohoo, how many is that now, 20, 30? As long as the locals can claim this place is Gods Country its ok though. What local store do they sell the kool-aid at so I too can walk around ignorantly thinking this area is the best place to live. What a joke.
