"You Lie" -- Joe Wilson Outburst A Charade

When Rep. Joe Wilson's interrupted the hypnotic rhythms of Barama's speech Sept. 9 with the cry "You lie," he shattered the illusion of plausibility required for participation in the great Charade of Democracy

Of course the President is lying. Politicians are supposed to deceive the people. (Does "9-11" ring a bell?) They are chosen for their lying skills. ("I never had sex with that woman.")

Obama promised that illegal immigrants would not be covered by public health care, but a few days later he said they all should become legal.

Wilson interrupted the theatre. Obama could have confessed, "I'm not going to lie to you. I am going to lie to you. You're all suckers and this is an act."

But we must keep up the illusion that politicians are honorable men, not stuffed suits who have betrayed their country and fellow citizens by joining a Satanic cult, the Freemasons (Illuminati.)

So everyone pretended to be real shocked and demanded an apology. Wilson was censured. The illusion was restored. Millions of dollars flowed into Wilson's coffers and that of his opponent. Illuminati alumnus Jimmy Carter ventured that all opposition to Obama could now be dismissed as "racist." Obama magnanimously demurred. Great theater.

  1. Of course politicians have been known to stretch the truth to get there legislation passed,it does no make what Wilson did and according to Politfact.com, Wilson was incorrect in his outburst. As for former President Carter, he did not say all. he said in fact "racism . . . still exists. And I think it has bubbled up to the surface because of a belief among many white people, not just in the South but around the country, that African Americans are not qualified to lead this great country."
With all of the hate and vitriol this President has had to endure so far, it is extreamly hard to disagree with that statement.

  2. Mr. Wilson is the most patriotic & unselfish of modern politicians! Of course his outburst was gross indecorum, but it was a brilliant, one time precisely calculated maneuver. Now the president can never say he wasn't aware of illegals being covered, and any attempt to make all illegals legal will be seen for what it is. Yes, all presidents have lied and will continue to do so. But this point about illegals draining our social resources is so important that Rep. wilson was willing to fall on his political sword to make absolutely sure the president and the public remembered this point.

I don't believe that anyone, politician or private citizen, should be judged on his or her race. The recent general election evinced that most Americans are seeing the truth in Dr. Kings ideas about "judging character, not color" and are edvancing to embody the ideals proposed by Mr. Jefferson in the Declaration that ALL PEOPLE ARE CREATED EQUAL!
That being said, Jimmy Carter is a senile idiot!
There is unjust hatred of President Obama because of his racial heritage, and this should be condemned. But Rep. Wilson's outburst was clearly calculated to bring the specific issue of illegals & social services unforgettably, undeniably to the attention of the president, legislature, and public.
Rep. Wilson was patriot enough to do this at the probable expense of his own career. For this, he deserves the thanks and admiration of ALL patriotic, legal Americans!
If we start condemning everyone who ardently disagrees with the president as being racist, Mr. Obama will become our first untouchable dictator. Is that what you Democrats REALLY want? How, abjectly un-American!

  3. satanic society...the masons...really? If they are such a demonic, deceptive organization, why are there only old guys in it? C'mon...I hate that old conspiracy theory.

  4. You are of course entitiled to what yhou say ,but Jimmy Carter is neither senile or an idiot. Why is it always so important to punctuate a point by name calling?

  5. The author of that article is trying to equate Wilson's rudeness with Obama, and Clinton's lying. No comparison!
Wilson is guilty of only one thing. Wilson should never have called Obama a liar during the speech and in the house chamber. Wilson should have waited until the speech was over and called a press conference to out Obama as the liar he is.
For the author of this article to try and argue that lying is part of a job for a politician just shows how morally corrupt this country has become as a result of Clinton, and now Obama!

  6. Jefferson,
I have long thought Carter was senile. His tragically weak response to Iran in "79" showed that he was weak minded and had no leadership ability, even back when he was president. The voters thought that too after his one term in office, remember his landslide defeat in "80"?

Mr. Carter is not immune to the infirmities of age that afflict mankind. In Mr. Carter's current mental state, those around him should strive to keep him from making a complete, racist fool of himself, as he most certainly did in this instance. Even Obama distanced himself from Mr. Carter's stupid, racist statement about the supreme patriot, Rep Wilson! His comment about Rep. Wilson's motives in his brilliant, patriotic outburst were wrong, racist and innane.
To punctuate that point by calling Mr. Carter what he palpably is seems to be completely acceptable since Mr. Carter, himself, saw fit to attribute a completely non racial event to being a racial one, and in the process, labelled a patriotic congressman a racist. Now, that's some insidious name calling! It was an exorable, inexcusable thing for a former president to say. I hope we can attribute it to senility and not assume the ex-president was always a racist moron! But Jefferson, sir or mam, If you wish those you favor not to receive the insult of name calling, may I suggest that if they wish to live in a glass house, they shouldn't throw stones. Mr. Carter calling Wilson a racist was throwing a boulder, and he should expect right thinking patriotic Americans to send many words of stone in response.

Pretty wild huh? Do some research and you may find that the truth is far stranger than fiction.

Fiction: Wilson made a mistake. Wilson cares, but mis-spoke. Wilson was rude.

Truth: Wilson was providing cover to control the conversation. He is the "controlled opposition". He represents the straw man. Set him up, then knock him down.

Question: What if he really is a member of the Freemasonic Occult? What then? What do you know about it? Is it dangerous?

    Order out of chaos.

No health care for illegals makes perfect sense if you intend to eliminate all illegals. If they suddenly become legal, then there is no problem - right?

Presto, our politicians are so smart.

    Anonymous of course.

  9. Little Augustine,
Try reading the article, then comment. I only suggest this because I believe your comments will be somewhat different once you realize the subject of the article. It is very very interesting.

    As above, so below.

  10. OK, Joe Wilson should not have called Obama a liar in this august setting. It only took the Democrats six days to officialy condemn him. Meanwhile they have been investigating the tax cheat, Charlie Rangel, for ten months with no action. Oh by the way he also lied to congress on his disclosure form. Until Democrats penalize their own, STUFF A SOCK IN IT.

You are way too polite when speaking to Democrats.
    Stuff a sock in it?
I think I would have used the same language that they use all the time when talking about republicans
Democrats, until you start policing your own, stuff it in your a@@!!!!!

B.T.W. The whole Wilson feined outrage was just a smoke screen to distract from the fact that Obama WAS lying and is STILL lying about the healthcare proposal.
