I agree that the meetings should be at night when more citizens can attend.This is particularly true when issues with significant impact are being considered by council.
I think you can even make the argument that more citizens might run for council seats if meetings were at night as it would not impact their work schedules as severely.

How did Don Ewalt get the chairman of the board position at the county liquor stores? What does he know about liquor except drinking it? Did the heat get to warm for Alessi? When is the county council going to do something about that corrupt regime?
