I spend roughly $300 to $350 every 3 months or so. I buy in bulk and only buy what is on sale. I shop all the grocery stores for meat sales. The only thing I buy in the interim is milk, bread and eggs.
$125-150 for three adults and a dog, two cats. I watch what I buy, take advantage of sale items. We rarely eat at restaurants, and have even started taking our lunch from home. Not much processed food in my cart. We try to eat healthy.

10:54 the buy-one-get-one stuff I buy is stuff we use regularly, so I stock up while it's on sale unless it's perishable, in which case I buy one and get if for 1/2 off.

Considering my ex only pays $50.00 a week child support (pretty crazy) I try to spend no more than $100.00 a week. (one adult/two children) That does not count everyday living expenses, etc. Amazing how the Judges come up with some crazy formula - 20 years ago a family member of mine received more than $50.00 a week. Answer to your question - $100.00 a week!
