New Barber Shop Coming To The Downtown Plaza

My friend Eric is taking a HUGE step forward in life by opening his very own Barber Shop on the Downtown Plaza. He's hoping to swing his doors within the next two weeks or so. Eric does a fantastic job cutting hair and does so for only $12.00. He promisses he'll continue the trend right here in Downtown Salisbury.

  16. Eric's work is so good (and well priced) that word of mouth will bring in customers. Maybe when they are done with their hair cuts they will spend a little money at the other downtown stores.

    Good Luck Eric

  18. I wish they would take away the parking meters like Easton did. 3 hour free parking, and every space is filled. Downtown there is B-U-S-Y!

  19. Hi Eric and I wish you the best of luck! I had an idea that I wanted to toss out to you. How about a free haircut to those who qualify. To qualify, their hair would have to be long enough to donate to Locks of Love for Cancer patients and many others who don't have Cancer but lost their hair due to an illness. I don't know what you would have to do to be able to sign up with the program but am sure you can find out what you would need to do. It's a great cause and you may get extra business from it once people realize that they are doing a good thing. Hopefully, you will at least get a tip and still get some money for your work.
Just an idea to all reading..don't shoot the messenger...lol
    Lot's of luck,
    Cindy

  20. Ireton how about getting rid of the meters downtown. Enough is enough already. People never will make it on the plaza or anywhere downtown if you keep those stupid meters in place. Try doing what Easton did.

Each empty space on the plaza that gets filled with a new business is exciting for all of us already there!
