More Buildings Come Down To Make Room For Parking

Last week we found these buildings on Rt. 13 being demolished to make room for a parking lot. The landscape on Rt. 13 continues to change for the better. Now if they can only make their way up to the XXX Shop and tear that one down too we'll be in even better shape.

  4. There was already a parking lot directly behind the house/business structure that was barely used. So again, who on earth will be parking there?

  11. Maybe the city and/or property owners are going to make an attempt at gentrification? That whole area would do well with a razing - take it all the way down Church to Naylor.

  12. I think they should move the porn shop to Snow Hill--beats the heck out of the all the boring art gallery crap. And it would give the county workers something to do on their lunch breaks.

  14. More parking meters to keep people from Downtown. I happened to be in Easton's Downtown the other day. They have removed all the parking meters and put stickers on all the posts saying 3 hour free parking. All the spaces were full, and downtown was B-U-S-Y!!!
