Salisbury News Makes The Huffington Post Too!

If you do a simple Google Search on "Kratovil Effigy" it will quickly bring you to thousands of Sites where the image featured on ABC Nightly News last night is also shown elsewhere around the world. Hence yet another Record Day for Salisbury News.

The image is making its way around the entire World and we're enjoying the additional Press/Hits.

  1. Kratovil's effigy is a "bad" thing we're told, but calling conservatives opposed to Obama's health care "Tea Baggers" with all its sexual innuendo is a good thing? I'll never read the Huffington POst of give anyone including Congressmen the time of day if they keep refering to us as "Tea Baggers" whether or not we've been a part of a Tea Party or protest. I didn't get the Town Hall memo, either.

  2. Tea Baggers has sexual innuendo? I thought it was just a name for the Tea Party people because they sent Tea Bags to Congress.

Where do you get the idea it has sexual meaning?

Gosh, I must not be up to speed in the dirty minds department, LOL!

  3. I'm sure that you're enjoying all of the extra press, but at what cost? Regular, decent people like me wonder if the outside world views Salisbury as just a place with radical, right-wing nut-jobs.

I hope mental health is included in the healthcare reform. That creepy, smiling man could use some help.

  4. 10:12AM-I'll take your comment as true, but you are a minority if you are a Democrat, they all giggle when they think of what "Tea bagging" really is. The Salisbury Tea Party was a protest and had nothing to do with tea bags or sending tea bags to congress. One guy had tea bags handing off his hat, but really it was a message to Congress that we want the spending to stop.
