It is the poor who habitually elect Democrats---yet they are still
POOR

"You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred. You cannot build character and courage by taking away people's initiative and independence. You cannot help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves."
Abraham Lincoln

and Mr. Obama, you are no Abe Lincoln

  1. Lincoln on the rise of corporations in America...

I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country. . . . corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed.

Sounds like a commie to me.

  5. That is the part that I cannot ever understand.
Why do these voters keep voting in Democrats who in turn screw the voters evry chance they get?
Republicans become rich and then run for office to serve the people.
Democrats run for office to become rich.

  7. Salisbury has nearly a 25% poverty level. Wico county is probably the same or higher. I used to live in St Louis and I never saw nearly as many poor ppl there as I have here. The shore in general has alot of poor ppl around. Low education standards and ppl who are used to being poor not knowing how to be anything but.
