Nothing like admitting that Jim Ireton has taken the side of Gary Comegys and Company. What a loser. This guy had overwhelming support for change and he takes sides with who we voted against. Big mistake Jim Ireton.
He said he is going keep doing what he thinks is best.
He also said he is going to allow the dissenting view be heard?? WTF! Is that what happened with Ann and the city council meeting???
JIM! "Reaching across the aisle" is all very noble, but you have gone way too far.
You have sold out the very people who have been stepped on and abused by the Barrie Gary Dunn-Smith tyrants for a decade! Remember us? The citizens? The people who put you in office?
If what you gave the lady at the podium is your idea of a better "tone and tenor," we are in deep kimchee.
I still want to believe in you, Jim. But why are you hating us for wanting you in to stop the abuse of us? You said help was on the way.
The questions about support was one of the better ones (who cares how he gets along with Tilghman).
His answer was a big, fat disappointment. The guy (Kiya) didn't ask him about the politician support. He asked him about the support that got him into office.
Do the 1600 or 1700 of us that put him in office mean nothing now?
The silence of Chuck Cook and the rest of the Two Sentz crew that worked his campaign is deafening. They aren't even making an attempt to defend him. That speaks volumes.

Ireton is such a joke, where's the recall petition we can sign?
ReplyDeleteSalisbury Bozos:
ReplyDeleteYou blew your chance to elect the best candidate, Bob Caldwell, in the election this year.
Now you've got to live with your folly!

ReplyDeleteHe is waaay out in left field, a slobbering liberal.. that should change his name to 'liarton' he danced around ever question.
I stopped listening when he was asked about crime and he answered that "incarceration doesn't work" only the wacko libs believe in 'rehabilitation'
he should've been asked about butterflies, flowers, and redecorating I bet he knows about those things
puke:::
What a pansy, he better stick to teaching kids. Get a backbone buddy.
ReplyDeleteI put a curse on Bubba,Louwiesel and Shanie. One of them is in a very dark place now. They deserved it.

Backbone? You gotta know what one is before you can get one.

ReplyDeleteMayor Ireton, name me one thing Gary Comegys has done for the environment besides vote for pipes to NOT have filters!
ReplyDeleteOh, right. The former mayor gave him credit for an idea that wasn't his and appointed him to a task force as a political favor.
By the way, while you say you've reached out to that buffoon, he said in the Daily Times you haven't.
Mayor, you need to read the parable about the Frog and the Scorpion again.
