View hundreds of Bel Air Marylanders as they protest Congressman Frank Kratovil, self styled "Blue Dog Democrat" for voting "YES" on "Cap and Trade" as well as "ObamaCare"..Many of the Maryland's First District folks see the Congressman as an Obamaphile and literally as a "Pelosi Lap Dog" .

Kratovil was "Out of the Country" but that did not stop angry voters from taking on Kratovil for his spotty voting record in Congress. Many feel that he is a "Liberal Wolf hiding in Conservative Clothing".

They state that on non-essential votes, Kratovil makes a show of voting "Conservative" but on the important issues he votes as a"Liberal" siding with Obama and Pelosi.

Another example of his two faced approach, at a recent Town Hall Meeting, in North East Md. while the Congressman was claiming to be neutral on Obamacare, his staff was handing out Pro-Obamacare material. Kind of caught speaking out of both sides of his mouth.. His staffers were also overheard making disparaging remarks and minamalizing the Town Hall Attendees by labeling them "Paid Disgruntled Republicans"..

The Freshman Congressman has angered voters in Maryland's First District with stunts like this and will most likely be voted out of office in 2010.

  1. I read where he stated opposition to the package "in it's present form" which is exactly hat I said when I wrote him & asked that he vote "no in it's present form".
I think that was in the "times" article last week when he was in Mardela.

  2. I have asked this question six different times and never gotten any response:

What is the goal of the tea party movement? What are you trying to achieve? How will you know when you won?

Please do not respond with a cut and paste answer from a web-site or angry "you-stupid-lib" diatribe. I have never heard anyone explain what they are all worked up about and what they are "working" towards.

  3. Dan, why do you care if it doesn't meet you way of thinking. You're not going to change and republicans know and understand that. Why waste your breath trying to please someone who just can't be pleased. Oh, that's right, because you aksed and democrats can't accept being ignored.

They have no answers just a lot of fox news talking points.

  5. Awe, anonymous 8:01 likes to hide behind anonymous. Another "I'm ashamed to admit I'm a democrat" liberal who thinks wittle baby tawk can convince others to spell it all out for them for arguement sake.

    Get a grip guys.

  6. I thought you don't give people a hard time for "hiding" behind anonymous. I asked you about this recently.

  7. I'm simply stating that you're too afraid to come out with even a name like Dan, yet you want people to take you seriously. You have every right to remain anonymous. However, if you want to be taken seriously you should own up to your comment. I mean, how many Dan's are out there.

  8. Dan,
The Tea Party had different goals for different people-Notice we don't all have red shirts, name tags and pre-printed slogans. Many wanted Congress to stop spending (like ME), start reading the bills before them, and start listening to the people. They rushed through the bailouts even though most Americans were against them (notice these are not just conservatives or Republicans). There were a few that thought Obama went to far trying to get the Census into the White House. And of course, there were some who are completely against whatever Obama does or says. There are so many issues, the Tea Parties were not a one cause fits all movement. If you noticed all the seniors at every one of these events, they are very angry and not just about healthcare.

  9. Dan's pattern of behavior seems to coincide with the current liberal mindset, "my way or the highway", "do not waste a crisis" let's jam this down America's throat as quickly as possible, no matter the cost. Everybody go out and share the same spin.

I for one no longer trust the politicians (government). For example personal experience: I was told by my gov't that once I retired from military service, my medical treatment would be provided. Not true. I had to enroll in and pay for Part B Medicare in order to maintain my tricare, and then only to learn that because my government dictates payment amounts, that many medical facilities will not accept medicare! I have visited and have tried to get treated in the government's existing health care program for me (VA care and hospitals) only to learn that the wait oftentimes is too long and the care being provided in the hospital is subpar. I do not believe based on my personal experience, that getting government further involved in health care will be a good thing for our citizens.

Insurance reform, nation wide availability, and other insurance changes could be good and maby should be considered.......not National Healthcare....boy is that scary for me!

  11. Now that's just great. Look if you nutbags on the Right want to alighn and associate with the likes of the nuts depicting the President of the United States to Adolph Hitler then you'll get what you deserve....a party of lilly white facist. See how that works out for you in 2010, 2012 and beyond.

  14. That is not a bad idea and I'm a woman. They certainly made better decisions than this liberal bunch of spineless socialists.

  15. 9:48am the liberals didn't deter you from joining their ranks when they compared GWBush and his staff to Nazia on almost every issue. For each liberal upset of the Obama=Hitler comparison, there is probably a conservative who sees the connection is plausible. We can't all believe in the same things or get the same reaction-there will never be a socialist utopia because the people in charge will screw it up. They are the ones who know better and will determine who is able to join their "class" instead of the system we have now where individual effort sometimes determines the outcome.

  16. I think that most of the lefties that were making the GWB-Nazi comparisons were fringe-types (environmentalists/anarchists/animal rights activists, etc.). What's so scary about the current comparisons is that it's coming from, or encouraged by, the Republican mainstream.
