Plan on being there this Thursday! Join your fellow concerned citizens for the Eastern Shore Healthcare Summit.
Americans for Prosperity - a non-partisan, grassroots organization promoting ideas of limited government and fiscal responsibility – announced a “healthcare summit” to be held Thursday, July 23rd at Salisbury University. Panelists are to include Dr. Michael Gloth of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Marc Kilmer of the Maryland Public Policy Institute.
Providing citizens an opportunity to ask questions and express their opinion, the summit will address issues not being addressed in the mainstream media. These include the truth about President Obama’s “public option” and its probable impact on individuals’ healthcare and pocketbook. There will also be discussion of the President’s proposal on taxes and small business – the nation’s primary job creation engine.
The “Patients First Healthcare Summit” will be held July 23, 2009 at 6PM in Carruthers Hall, Salisbury University. For more information on the President’s proposed healthcare “reforms” and its impact on average citizens, check out JoinPatientsFirst.com and PatientsUnitedNow.com.
I've been hearing about this on the radio.
ReplyDeleteHow the hell does Congress expect us to pay a trillion dollars each time they want to get something done?
ReplyDeleteWe can't afford it!
Should be patients last! This event is for the sole purpose of shilling for the corrupt health insurance and drug company industry. Wake up, if Redumblicans are for it you can bet there is a sellout of the country for greed element.
ReplyDeleteWhy did the put "reform" in quotes. It doesn't sound non-partisan when they do that. Sounds like astro truf.
