N.J. McDonald's "Infested" With Worms


Do you know what's lurking at your local fast food restaurant? Well, if you're headed to the McDonald's in Bridgeton, N.J., it could be worms.

Customers headed to the McDonald's on Broad Street were welcomed by a "closed" sign on Wednesday. Why you may ask? They apparently have worms, an infestation of worms, and the health department is now investigating, according to The News of Cumberland County.

Bridgeton Mayor Jim Begley and the Cumberland County freeholder board received a letter from the owners regarding the problem stating they had an "infestation" of the unwanted pests, the paper reported.

  1. Boonies has worms in the ice machine, been that way for years. I know, I worked there for 3 summers and saw it.

  2. LOL,remember the rumors years ago about McDonald hamburg patties being worm meat?Preposterous when you consider that pound for pound,worms are more expensive than ground beef.

  3. Well I work there now and it is very clean, no such problem with the ice. And by the way, no one ever works at Boonies for the summer.
