    ...and when someone pulls out in front of you while towing....your going to stop how? not by the 2 motorcycle tires.....

    Japanese law does not play around, anyone who's been to Okinawa and had to purchase JCI knows that. If a car and a motorcycle are in an accident, the car is at fault, always, no matter what.
